Iron Chef

Cooking is usually somewhat therapeutic for me. I like the idea of coming home after a long day and making myself a nice meal. These days though, it has been a bit different. You know that cooking show iron chef? Where the chefs have to make like a 5 course meal in less than 1 hour, lately I feel like I am on that show. Second to None

I have never come across a more energetic groups of kids in my life. Every day that I greet my second graders in line at our morning meetings there is never a lack of liveliness as the students are preparing for their day. Semana Santa

Holy Week, also known as “Semana Santa”, is a big deal here in Honduras. Every year the week before Easter the schools close down and everyone goes on spring break. This is a great chance for us as volunteers to explore Honduras and see a small piece of what this amazing country has to offer.
